Disabilities & the WDW college program

Hi,

I have cerebral palsy. I have a motorized & manual chair. I am also a college student & love Disney!!! I was wondering if anyone knew about the college program & if they accomendate people with disabilities? I have check out their website & could see no mention of it @ all. Thanks for the help!

I don't know about the CP, but I know that Disney has all sorts of CMs. I've seen CMs in chairs, with arm crutches, etc. I would hope that the CP program would be equally accessible!

I was in the CP from Jan-June, 2003, and I knew people with disabilities who were in the program. As far as I know, Disney was able to accomodate them. If you have specific questions, you can call or send an e-mail to:

Allison,

Like any other experience, the CP had its good points and its bad points. How well you do or don't like the program depends mainly on your attitude, although your work location is a big factor too. I wasn't all that fond of my work location, but I really did enjoy other aspects of the program.
