** Dis Weight Loss Group- Week 3 October 2015**

Good Morning all

Welsome to another week and what a great weight loss week we had last week, some great losses esp after holidays for some

The before and after photos were great as well, I would love to see more of us pop up some of those, so if you have any please put them on.

I had a good weigh in yesterday with a 2lb loss, so hopefully Im back on track

We'll see what has happened when I weigh in on Thursday haha. I'm trying to get back into my exercise routine after holiday.

I my head I keep repeating... I will go for a run after work, I will go for a run after work...

Well, the battery is dead in the scales, and has been for weeks, not looking forward to buying the replacement this week!

I gained half a kilo but I'm still under target.

I've been binging a bit on the chocolate hehe.

Stuck this week, fairly disappointed Can only presume its due to other issues as I've been sticking to the diet and exercising.

Nevermind, onwards to next week with a trip to Runcorn on Friday

Weighed myself today and still holding steady... "lost" 0.1 kg.

I hope everyone else is doing well. It's definitely harder when there is no sun in the evenings anymore!

This has been an eventful week, as I was really trying to move on from sticking last week, and then I picked up a nasty little bug on Wednesday which knocked me out for 24 hours. Anyway, I weighed in this morning and I've lost 1.6 kilos!!!! I wouldn't recommend being ill as a good way to lose though, haven't felt so miserable in a long time!

BagoLaughs, I would have taken that 0.1 loss last week! Good work!

Off to Runcorn today, will be interesting trying to keep on track!
