Good Morning All

Hope you all had a good week last week, I know for some of us that like the 6 nations rugby that it might have been a difficult weekend if you like to go out and celebrate:drinking1:drinking1

So that brings me to the question, if you do fo out for a drink, what do you drink to try and help stay within your current diet plan?

Whilst notmally I am a red wine drinker, that is actually 6 syns a glass on my plan, so I switch to Vodka and Diet Coke which is only 2 syns.:littleangel:

Morning all

I had a very small loss of 1/2lb last night, which I was ok with, with the weather being bad the past week, I really havent been going out and doing the amount of walking that I nromally do, and I did have a couple of little cheats last week, so I am pleased with a loss. Slow and Steady:angel::rotfl:

3.5lb to my first stone so Im hoping to do that in the next 2 weeks:thumbsup2

Its freezing here today, so to warm me up a bit I have decided to only use the stairs today in work, Im on the third floor so although not too high, I do start to get out of puff by the second floor, but hopefully it will warm me up and do a bit of good:cool1:

The stairs nearly killed me off Cathy but I did it for a few days, Im going to stick with trying to do my 10,000 steps instead :rotfl2:
