Good Morning all:sunny:

Hope everyone had a good weekend, As I'm having some work done on the house in following few weeks, I'm not going to have a kitchen for about 3 weeks, so I did some cooking.:D

I made some Slimming World Lasagne which was delish and some Raspberry baked oats, along with a few other things. I love to cook, I'm not that good at it, but I love to have a go.:cake:

Off to Slimming tonight so will report in tomorrow with the good or bad news.:scratchin

Hi all

So sorry meant to report in this morning, but got caught up doing something else, I was lucky enough to lose 2lbs last night, Im thrilled and now only 2lb away from my target range.:dogdance::dogdance:

Thanks @cathydisneynut for the reminder and also for the good luck with the work in the house, they are starting on Thursday:badpc::duck:

Another pound off for me but, due to a birthday party, I did eat nearly all of my weekly WW points this week. The weight loss seems so sloooooow now, I'm just one pound away from going into the next stone mark and the same pound away from losing 50 lbs. Oh, well, better slowly than not at all.

I've (somehow) managed to lose another 0.9kg even though I've been unwell :sick: and have not been exercising...

Thinking about it I wonder what the calorie content of a lemsip is... :rotfl:

0.6 kilos this week!! :cool1: I now need 4lbs for an overall loss of 5.5 stone before I fly out to LA. I want that target sooooo much!

I'm fairly new to the board?

We go on holiday 20th July next year and I have about 3 stone I want to shift. I'm fed up with being the photographer and looking like I'm never on holiday! Got the memory maker and Damn it I want to make some memorise! Just paid for a gym membership, wish me luck!!

Jumping onto this thread too.

I lost a couple of stone over 10 months last year, on the run-up to our first WDW trip. After coming home, post-holiday blues got the better of me and I lost the motivation, but I still managed to stay mostly on track, gaining 7lbs since coming home.

I managed to reach a weight range I haven't seen in a long time, and now I am determined again to go even further! :Pinkbounc

So, I started Weight Watchers last Monday (on the ProPoint counting plan following online) and had my first weight in on Monday. I managed to lose an amazing 6.2lbs :cheer2: I couldn't believe it when I was standing on the scales, and my poor DBF was awoken by my high pitched squeals of delight!

I am enjoying it so far, sometimes I struggle with lunch ideas - this week it has been various forms of eating tuna!:rotfl:

I have noticed a small change again this week, but the weight lose won't be as great as the first week, so I am hoping for 2lbs.

Glad I came across this group. Looking forward to losing more weight with you all! :thumbsup2
 
Hello Jemma, Well done on a great first week's weight loss. :banana: I'm doing pro-points too and find it a great way to lose weight for someone like me who has no clue what a "normal" portion looks like. :) "

I have lost 1 lb this week making a total of 50 lbs since Christmas. It feels very slow now after the initial quick weight loss, but it is still coming off every week, albeit 1 pound at a time, and that's all that matters in the long run.

I am enjoying Pro Points at the moment. I find it much easier measuring & calculating the things that I like, rather than stick to a pre-determined meal plan.

Congratulations on the 50lbs lost so far! But you are right, you are losing gradually over time, which is the best approach!
 
Another 0.6 kilos this week! :cool1: Despite a Chinese meal on Monday, and potato fondants and steak on Thursday! :banana: 2 lbs 11 ounces to go! (I think!)

I keep forgetting to come and post on here. I'm now lost 26 lbs. My aim is 46 pounds so over half way now.
