I recently changed from an iphone to an android and now don't know how to get podcasts. Can someone teach me how? I miss having the dis unplugged always to hand!

I use onecast....it streams the show from itunes. It isn't the greatest, force closes once in a while if I try to multitask. But its free and works well enough for me. Once you install all you have to do is search the show name and there it is in your library.

The two best apps for podcasts on Android are Google Reader and Google Listen. Any subscriptions you add via Listen will automatically be added to Reader so you can access them from a non-mobile browser without having to re-add them again.

I like Beyond Pod, personally. Navigate to the Podcast button at the top of the DisUnplugged page and follow the prompts.

Ok I just started playing around with Listen and liking it so far.

I went to Android Market, downloaded "Podkast"....you can then use the search...i.e. "DIS unplugged"...or "Disney"... Select the dis unplugged podcast as a favorite....you can then open the favorite and see all the episodes as they are available...that will allow you to stream or download them in the player. That was the easiest way.

I also use ACast, and while the player has better rewind and fast forward control , to get the rss feeds into it require additional steps and is more complicated.

Thanks for all the responses. I've downloaded google reader and google listen, and I can find the podcast under reader, but not under listen, can some one tell me the url of the podcast so I can just add it straight in?

I just moved back to Japan and I bought a Disney Phone! It's an android phone and it's really cool. You can download Disney wallpapers, games and photo editors. It's really cool. :)
You go to the 'Market' on the phone and you search 'Disney' up. There should be things you can download there. :)
