I finished Twilight over the weekend. I was reading until I literally couldn't keep my eyes open on Friday night. I really enjoyed it. Every time I started reading it, DP would ask why I was reading, when the movie was coming out the next day.
We ended up going to Target Saturday morning (around 11, because DP isn't a morning person). The shelves looked fully stocked. But we bought it and ran our other errands. Time ran short on Saturday and we ended up watching it on Sunday, during dinner. Every three minutes he would pause the DVD player and ask a question. My first answer was that I told him he should read the book. He said it would be a waste of time. By the end of the movie and my answers, he decided he should read the book....

We didn't watch the special features or anything, but I was expectantly disappointed in the movie. It's not that I regret watching it or buying it, but as normal, the print to screen transition...well sucked.
And for what its worth....aesthetically speaking.....y'all can have Edward. Jasper is my pick.
