DIS Radio is available under the "pop" category on iTunes Radio. which makes it much easier to access on a MAC

I guess I am going to finally break down and actually get & figure out how to use an iPod. I've tried to listen to DISRadio like I listen to the PodCast, by clicking the "Listen" button; but, to no avail.:confused3

dis radio is not going to work on the iPod... it depends on having an internet connection to steam the music. The iPhone is not friendly to streaming music in most cases. Most music players for streaming music are based on a technology the iPhone does not support, on purpose. You can "download" the mp3 on the iPhone if you have a decent internet connection, or are going to be driving where you have a decent Edge (2g) internet connection.

When it comes to just getting the show, I usually leave iTunes running and it is set to check for new podcast downloads every hour. In the morning before I head out, I plug in and let it sync and get everything that was downloaded overnight. This however is not always effective for DIS Unplugged because iTunes takes a bit to propagate that a new show is available... hence I beat the crap out of the AT&T network "downloading" to my iPhone.

Would you like to hear how I get mp3 books downloaded from the library?

Help, I'm clueless, have a mac, have iTunes, where do I find iTunes radio?

once iTunes is open... the upper left has a section for library... under library is a section for radio... in the main screen you will see a list of types of music. Click and turn the arrow to expand "Pop" the channels are in alphabetical order and you are looking for "DIS Radio" currently the spectro magic medley is playing. here in a few I will try to have screen grabs

Now I really have a dilemma.....no radio listed in my library. I'm running version 8.0.1, is that the latest? Is radio in the library new?

maybe the picture will help? that is the latest version.

I posted a question on Apple discussions boards, I had to go into preferences-general and check the radio box. Now I have it and am playing DIS Radio.

Thanks

I would love to listen it through my ipod though...:sad1:

So I can't download it to my ipod??? I have to listen to it on the computer????

Why can't Pete offer it like a podcast so we can download it to go???

This is a guess, but it think it has to do with royalties. It would be like downloading a song from Itunes, you have to pay for it.
