Yeah, there have been some really good games today! I love this time of year! Unfortunately I had to miss the Ohio State game because I was at work, but I definitely heard all the customers cheering while they were watching it in the dining room.

MSU is a very tough team! They gave the Badgers heck 3 times this year and Marquette on Thursday as well. I thought that they might just pull it out tonight.

I know, these games are so addicting. Everytime one game finishes, I think, okay, now I'm going to go do something else. But then they switch to another close game that is almost over, and I get sucked back in!

I got to go to the Marquette-MSU game, and even though it might not have made a difference (not scoring for 10 minutes?!?!? ), I really would like to know how the game would have gone if Jerel McNeal could have played.

I got to go to the Marquette-MSU game, and even though it might not have made a difference (not scoring for 10 minutes?!?!? ), I really would like to know how the game would have gone if Jerel McNeal could have played.

That's crazy they didn't score for ten minutes. I thought that Marquette would have played a better game. Yeah, I also wonder how it would have gone if McNeal could have played.
Does Marquette have most of its starters returning for next year? Dominic James is only a sophomore, isn't he? If so, they could have another good year.

Ahh, I think everyone thought MU would have played better than they did, but what can ya do?? I think I'm just a curse to my favorite sports teams and travelling long distances to see them play. It was a depressing game, but it was cool to experience the pregame excitement.

James is a sophomore, but there's talk that he might be going to the NBA draft (after the way he ended this season, I don't see how he could play in the NBA!) That's good that you were at least able to have a little fun before the game.
Hopefully James does stay! More experience at this level couldn't hurt anything (well, unless he gets hurt badly or something, and hopefully that doesn't happen!). Marquette might even be better next year since the starters will have had one more year of playing together under their belts. We can only hope!

i joined in on the group and although the first round was only so-so, but better than a lot of years for me, i ended up not losing a single sweet sixteen team. and i went 8 for 8 today, woo hooo. maybe i can start catching up to some of the early leaders.

although today did seem to be exciting in most of the games, particularly the OT and 2OT games. wish i could have stayed home and watched, but i probably would have split time between the games and the busch race.

did anybody else join the tourney challenge on espn, or the bracketchallenge on foxsports?

Gee, no one even mentioned the Louisville Texas A&M game. It was a great game. (well it would have been better if Louisville won of course). But we had a freshman point guard make a freshman mistake at the end. Of course it was after he scored 31 points so I am not gonna fault him for it! I really felt for him, he was really shook, you know its bad when a kid is being interviewed and says "I want to see my mom"

They will be fantastic next year !
