If anyone is seeing this and the doc is already out or you feel like it's too late, it's really easy for me to add additional people and just share an updated screenshot or PDF of the file for you to get your landmarks. Don't hesitate to continue to post here or DM me.I am so glad I managed to catch this post in time! PHEW! I was bummed to miss it last December. I get so busy this time of year and barely log on so yah!!
The spreadsheet formulas don't really allow me to adjust paces through the race, so I put in your average for those first 18 miles. Obviously if you deviate, the markers won't line up, but hopefully referencing other runners at other paces in the list can help you figure things out on the day.I'm actually using the marathon as a workout for my build to my A goal marathon in February because I had an 18 miler with 14 at Marathon pace workout that day. So, plan is to warm up for the first 4 miles, settling into pace for 14 miles, cool down run for 4 miles and then party walking the last 4 miles. The pace I put is what I'd hopefully average over the first 18 miles. Then all bets are off hahaha
