Dis History- Can you place this photo?

I came across this group shot from one of the first of the "large" dis meets. Can anyone figure out where and when it was?
No fair answering if you were there!

My guess is 1999 in the theaters at DownTown Disney. But that's just a guess.

I haven't a clue. I wasn't around that far back, but it's a good picture!

My guess is November or December of '99 in a Chicago area mall.

I'm going by the poster of the Green Mile in the background and Dan Murphy in the picture.

I remember reading about those early Dis Meets when I first started visiting.

Sometime in early spring 2000 when Dan Murphy use to visit Jersey a lot then drive to a Dis Meet. Don't know the place but could it be a Virginia Meet.
