Yeah !! I lost 2 lbs this week, though yesterday I wasn't feeling too well, I think I have been overdoing the dieting and I had a terrible headache, felt light headed and was very tired. But thankfully I feel fine today
I lost 1lb this week which wasn't bad considering I had such a good night out last Friday. Hoping for a bit more this week. I have been an absolute saint today in work, there were lots of danish pastries, muffins, chocs and sweets about for various reasons. And then after work, they laid a buffet on because it has been really bad in work lately, very very busy and seriously understaffed. But I never had a single thing.

After being stuck at a plateau for what seems like ages, I have managed to lose 2lbs this week!
I've been trying to walk a minimum of 15000 steps everyday and that's been v motivating as my pedometer shows the calories used up and mileage. Next week I'm going back to the gym - a bit scary as I haven't been since June!
