Mornin' Peeps

Well it sounds as though most of the kidlets are out of school or almost done with it! Hellooooooooooooo summertime!

With that being said.....

cruisedirections.jpg

How many days do you have left before leaving for our cruises??

We have: 34 days until we leave for the airport! :thumbsup2

Um, not so fast Auntie RJ. Someone here still has 8, count 'em EIGHT, days of school left after today. not sure who is looking forward to summer more - me or the kids.... me. Yup. Me. If I never make another peanut butter sandwich... :rotfl:

34 DAYS?? :woohoo: I GO FOR DAT! Wine and cookies at the Doubletree!

T was asking if AA would cancel our flights. There are only about 12 seats in "cattle" on the way there and 25 or so on the way back so I'm thinking we'll be ok. First class is only half full both ways, so I'm thinking there are going to be a few very happy upgraded people.

:rotfl: Funny...my days of making PB&J are just starting 'cuz DS eats the hot lunches at school so I don't have to pack it. I hate packing lunches.

Happy belated anniversay, TZM & Ophie!!! :lovestruc

Looks like a great time Crouton family! :thumbsup2

Love the pictures of the girls with Bob! Too cute! :goodvibes

Summer is officially here...the thermostat in my house reads 89! But the kids dont get out of school until next Thursday. I sure like that sign though, RJ!

36 days until we leave...and on that note, I got my Magical Express stuff today. :cool1:

Only 36!? Wow! I'd better start packing!:rotfl: When do we check in / register online?

Start packing!? Annie I thought you would have been done by now! Triple checked the bag weights and preloaded the car!!;)

Yep its about time to start laying out outfits and clothes to see what is left to purchase. Got Stymie new shorts today and a couple of hawaiian-y type shirts. Is linen going to be too hot for Bahamas in July??

Still have to consider my pirate costume but with the change in times....anyone?? RJ?? Cheri?? Still packing those costumes?? And then there is the dreaded bathing suit.:scared1: :faint: Still have to tackle that one. Ho hum.

I am still planning on taking my pirate costumes...anyone else?

Well, for the 4 n cruise I am bringing "head gear" for my guys and skull Tshirts...for myself I am still just planning to dress sort of in the theme of it all with a black tiered skirt & a white peasanty type top & LOTS of "jewels"...oh and my Mickey Pirate Ears hat of course!!:rotfl: I had not decided if we would repeat the same outfits for the 3 n cruise?! What do ya'll think?! Are you dressing up on BOTH pirate nites?!?!:confused3

Well, we had the 5th grade promotion ceremony in an unairconditioned gym on a 96 degree day (waaaa, yes I got a bit teary). Now we just got another severe thunderstorm watch - another BEEEG storm heading this way...warning says hail to the size of quarters and 60 mph winds again!:scared1: I will probably shut down SOOON and head away from the windows!:rolleyes1 Gonna go out & stack up the chairs etc.

"un-airconditioned gym" that ain't right!:faint:

quater sized hail...60mph winds EEK!!!! be safe Annie!:wizard:

Correction...it now reads 92. :faint:

Stay safe, Annie!

Tonight we are headed to a city wide art show. Cam got picked to have some mask or something showing in it. This should be interesting because he has no artistic ability at all. And I say that endearingly. I cant draw for beans either. :duck:

:rotfl2:

Have a great time! And turn on your a/c!!

Annie - be safe!!

OK Cheri I know I am way behind on this one from the peeps website but here goes:

Miss Scarlet is tired from all that target practice. She and her revolver are in the louge. I think this is :confused3 scarlet...red...redhead...RJ??:confused3
Mr. Green is Plumber Sean who is in the kitchen using the wrench
Mrs. White is multi-tasking SueEllen shining candlesticks in the dining room
Professor Plum is the ever creative Beano working in his study and hopefully not using the lead pipe on his CPU
Mrs. Peacock the ever busy Annie is sunning in the Conservatory tying knots in the rope
Leaving Colonel Mustard playing pool in the billiard room without a weapon....

So...me thinks TZM stabbed one skinny Betsy with the TSA safe knife nearest to the ballroom.

:faint:

Well, so far, today's storm has been nothing compared to that one last week, but it's not done yet either. The thunder seems to be picking up. I am still watching the Weather Channel radar tho...trying to figure out if swimming will be cancelled or not. I would have to leave here in about 45 minutes. I will try to call the pool office around 6:30 & see what they say. I don't know if they will know about the swim team or not. There's a later practice from 8-9:00 but some of the 5th grade parents / kids were supposed to be going out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins at 8:30. I don't know why not until 8:30 but that's what they said. Once I figure out if there's swimming I can plan dinner. This is a PITB.:headache:

YES, CamColt - turn on the AC!

 I forgot about that! ophie got it all correct expect for the Miss Scarlet.... of course, RED could be no other than our RJ.
Mr. Green: Sean - the plumber
Mrs. White: that was you, my dear TRM. I thought it would be too obvious if I said Mrs. White was retiling the kitchen...
Mrs. Peacock: Annie (who I'm surprised has never tied herself in knots moving in as many directions as she does.
Professor Plum: Sir Beano
.... and indeed, that crazy Col. Mustard (TZM) did do in the skinny blonde (Betsy)

new version is almost ready to go. Now I need to come up with another crazy idea. Now accepting ideas via PM.

"un-airconditioned gym" that ain't right!:faint:

yeah, what you said! heep beeg hail. Hm. No good. Stay safe Annie.

GOOD NEWS:
I have found the Magic Bullet (not THAT one, ophie!). So, next weekend we shall commence the Eskimo Pie trials. Since I don't have a Mickey Bar, I'll have to use sugar free EPs (and Bailey's and Kaluah maybe and a splash of vodka) in my search for the perfect milky shake.

:thumbsup2 Oooooooooooh! adult beverages!

Cheri: can't wait to see the new cruise pages :cool1:

So, Midway Mania is a game but it is nothing like Buzz Lightyear's, SpaceRanger Spin. The ride takes you to a game station where you are instructed by Woody on what your task is. It is usually a target shooting objective. You get points for shooting stationary and moving targets. You get more points for the harder targets obviously. You should for what seems like 30 seconds per station through I think 6 stations racking up points and hurting your arm (if you try to shoot for a high score ;) ). It was pretty cool. Also, the stations are in front of giant monitors so that is what makes it more like a video game. The other major difference is that you can actually tell when you hit a target unlike Buzz. It was way cool!!!:cool1:

TZM - thanks for the report on the new Toy Story game/ride thingy.:thumbsup2

So I called the pool & they said :thumbsup2 on the swimming. So we rush outta here & they swim for all of 10 min. & it gets all dark & threatening again & BOOMB! There's more thunder & lightening. So they messed around for about 30 min. on exercises & junk & then it starts to get REALLY CLOSE so they finally called it. DS & I ran for the truck & got there just as the big drops started to fall. DH met us at Roy Rogers (a burger joint in case ya'll don't have them) next to Baskin Robbins. So we ate a nice healthy dinner :rotfl: and then met a bunch of ppl for ice cream. :hyper: I had a single scoop sundae with Jamocha Almond Fudge ice cream! It was WONDERFUL.:goodvibes

The storms kept training thru all evening...but I think they're about gone now.

Note to self...must finish door signs....finish door signs...only 36 days to go....must finish door signs.:rolleyes1

Sean - how's Linda by now?!

 :lmao: :rotfl2:

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Gertrude pulls herself together and crawls up, out of the gutter just in time to fix dinner...

Oh and please to be sharing this milkshake recipe.

oh geez... I meant to say "Col Mustard did IN the skinny blonde" I don't think Mrs. Col Mustard would appreciate the hub DOING her. Sorry, ophie, me can't type, think and rush out the door at the same time.

TRM - since you are laughing, I'm assuming you know what a silver bullet is? oph told me. I had NO idea.
