DIS/DVC meet 5/11!!*UPDATE* Here we are photo!

We check into OKW on the 10th and could meet that day if it's later in the afternoon, or any day after.

Well we MUST have it when you can come, Bill! Like I said, I think you and John have been to more of my meets than I have!

Well, the only plans we currently have are dinner at the Yachtsman at 6 on Tues 5/12 and we're driving over to Seminole/St. Pete to visit relatives for the day on 5/13.....but, we should be back before 5 that day......other than that we're free until the morning of the 15th .....when we fly home......so let us know what the plans are........

I put in a vote for meeting at the Boardwalk at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. That way folks who have dinner reservations won't have to worry and folks that have lunch will be through.

We haven't decided for sure about the date or time yet. I'm leaning toward Kidani village and we will plan for 3PM or so. That way folks who have dinner reservations will have time to meet and still get to their dinner reservation too.

We'll be there at AKV checking in on 5/10, and would love to join the meet. If it turns out to be the 11th, that'd be perfect.

We'll be at DHS that day, so, it won't be a problem to get to AKV. I'll check with 'The Boss' but I don't think it would be an issue. And we can always go back to DHS

Great! This is the kind of discussion I was hoping for. It looks like we are leaning toward mid afternoon on the 11th at Kidani. Keep the ideas coming, and I'll make our final decision based on the rest of the input.

How about the lobby? We can always move to the "best spot" from there. When we met at the lodge the last couple of times, we started in the lobby and gravitated from there. Since we haven't seen the new lobby yet, it's hard to determine where to go, but I guess we can say "right in the middle of the lobby" and that will help. I'll know several of you, and I'll try to wear my Mickey head paint sample if I don't forget.

Should we say May 11...middle of the lobby at Kidani Village....3:00? How does that sound to everyone? I have an ADR at Turf Club that day at 5:30, so I'll have to leave around 4:45 or so.

Just thought I would throw this in here.
We will be at SSR for May 6-9 and 14-21.
Unfortunately (not really, but...) we will be on the Wonder from the 10-14 for the podcast cruise, so no meets for us during that time, at least not in WDW.
But, in case anyone is interested.....

We have 6 Disers running the Muddy Buddy and raising money for Give Kids the World on the morning of the 9th ($2400 raised so far! )

There is a HUGE Dismeet going on at the Poly beach on the 9th @ 9pm to watch Wishes and the EWP before getting on the ship the next day.
Many non-cruisers coming as well.
More than 100 Disers will be there (including kids, etc)
