Yes it does! I know when we did Disneyland Paris as part of our Knights and Lights adventure, we had VIP tour guides at our disposal for a portion of a day.
HKDL - The Explorer's Club counter service restaurant as presented by my travel companion, Gavin, was very cool. It's situated right next to Mystic Manor. So, it carries over that same theme. Each dining room is themed to a different region Lord Mystic has explored. India and China were the only rooms open at the time we ate. And scattered around are notes and souvenirs of Lord Mystic. Lot's of cool little finds:
Great pictures Kevin. Looks like Sally will have to do some umbrella shopping to accessorize her wardrobe. I think I may have a fez in one of my closets. If not, it's off to fez-o-rama.com for me.

Gavin found the fez in the Mystic Manor shop - one of my favorite, unusual souvenirs. They had a lot of cool, different stuff there. They also sold MM umbrellas!
I don't know how many have heard about the Chinese billionaire who has decided to take on Disney by building multiple theme parks around China, but here's a story/video about one of his parks/venues, Wanda Movie Park in Wuhan, featuring his park's updated version of Soarin', called Hubei in the Air. I have to admit that it looks quite good, and I'm not just saying that because of the Canadian connection.

Here's a possible dinner restaurant for OYO in Beijing. Capital M. It's just south of Tiananmen Square. It was a great restaurant if you need a break from Chinese food. It was a bit upscale, similar to a signature restaurant in WDW. Food and service were very good.
I hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend, and thank you for all who have served our country.
I see a lot of photo taking in my future. Maybe I'll start stocking up on memory cards. After all you can't start organizing your stuff for a trip too early, right?
