A trip to WDW is a major undertaking. But I sure would like to go again and a DIS party might be the clincher.

I would like to try again at "mix and mingle".

I was at the TSMM party, but partying solo. I didn't feel welcomed to mix in with the cliques. I rode the ride by myself!

The Dis Team has now given us a reason to keep our ressies. Although I might just go ahead and book a resort stay through Dreams and save my DVC points for something else.

We would also be staying DVC but I might be able to twist DH's arm into booking a night or two through DU for the nights after our DVC stay. I won't hold my breath right now but the idea is making me .

sorry you felt that way, we all were/are new as some point and if you dive in head first you will fit right in. I haven't meet any of these people yet and I'm not afraid of being welcomed on the cruise...but I am afraid of Mindy...just saying.

I did not get to attend MF. I am going on the Podcast cruise in May. I had been reading the cruise thread and was intimidated also. I finally just jumped in. Everyone has been so nice! You have to just jump in.

I'm sorry to hear that Maingal, I know a couple of us were walking around talking to everyone, we must have missed you! I would have been glad to introduce you to some of the Peeps (dreams clients/disboard members/pod cast listeners)

Of course some people were running away after the really bad jokes I was telling to everyone waiting in the registration line!

Aaawww, I wish I would have known that Mainegal. I would have rode the ride with you. I didn't have anyone by my daughters, DD11 and DD8 , to ride with, and when they rode by themselves I didn't ride. I was having a hard time interviewing people for the podcast (because I have a hard time going up to people I don't know), and I would have been so glad to chat with you.

Next time for sure... I'll be in the Podcast shirt.
