ok heres one for you... I was so worried about my wife and kids that I forgot to sign myself up... My wife and daughter got in but my 5 yr old is on the waiting list and since I was the lead person I thought I was in, so after thinking about it and reading the form... I didn't get my self even on the waitiing list and now the form isn't even working not sure what to do... I feel sorry for John and pete and the crew..this must be a nightmare gone wrong

I think I may have done something similar - I put myself as the lead, but NA as the guest , since I am going by myself (that's what I get for just filling out the form and not reading it first). I have a confirmation number, but is it for me? I sure hope so!

As of right now the waitlist is closed.

We want to be able to try to accommodate as many of those of you who signed up for the waitlist as possible so we don't want to take in any more on the waitlist and possibly disappoint people.

As I mentioned - we are working on a way to get as many people from the waitlist into the event as possible.

Have faith.

Once we are able to move as many people from the waitlist to the confirmed list we will send out emails letting everyone know they are signed up.

I also want to again mention that we understand that families would like to attend together and we will work hard to make that happen. It is not our intent or goal to leave anyone out of this event - and especially not 'break-up' a family.

It is going to take some time to work out our plan to get folks off the waitlist and into the event so please be patient - I know it's hard to wait but by giving us the time we need to make this work the more people we will be able to accommodate.

yeah, i'm in that boat too... couldn't figure out if *I* was in and Philip was waitlisted, or if I had to enter him as a guest or what... so I'm prolly blacklisted because I submitted it twice too..... dang it. *sigh*...

OK... when you guys see us hanging over the fence, peeking in and looking pitiful, please feel sorry for us... we'll be cheering you on!

In all the error message confusion I think I may have entered my mom twice. I hope not. I'd hate to have her blacklisted from the waitlist!

Well we are all waitlisted(family of 4) but I am feeling positive.

Can't believe how quickly it filled up, we were waitlisted at 9.02pm!

For those of you who accidentally entered duplicate requests don't worry.

We went through and notified anyone with a duplicate sign-up that the duplicate will be removed but their 'correct' sign-up will remain. No one will be blacklisted. We understand that some people got error messages and some accidentally signed up more than once. No problem.

If you haven't recieved that email from us then you don't even need to worry - all is good.

I am going to close this thread because I think it has served it's purpose - we got through the initial sign-ups.

Very shortly we will be making an announcement that is going to make all of you on our waitlist very happy - as well as everyone attending the event. Stay tuned for more surprises!!

In addition, once everything is finalized, we will be sending confirmation emails to everyone on the list for the event. At that time you will have the opportunity to check that all your family members that were signed-up are on the list.

As I said we have another announcement coming so hang tight.
