Here is my submission. When I was going back through my disney photos that had not been scrapped this by far was the most memorable/special one I could find. To see Mickey just grab my grandma and plant a big kiss on her was just fabulous!

I got mine done! Janette, you inspired me to do these pages. Mine are of a trip to Disneyland that my sister & I had with our Mom. Since she was suffering from vertigo, and since Dad had not been well enough for years to go with her, we decided to "kidnap" her, leaving the kids & husbands behind. Talk about absolute freedom to do as you choose! But the best part was seeing Mom's worries and fears just melt away as she spent more time in the park. That in itself was worth the trip.

WOW!!! So many beautiful layouts!!! I've been a bad host this week! My brother came up this past weekend for our parent's anniversary so I didn't get a chance to really post anything. I will comment on everyone's probably later tonight since its easier to do on the laptop. I still haven't gotten mine done yet! UGH! Being sick last week really messed things up since I have to play catch up now.

Thinking I'm so smart, I decide to go grab the template for the temp challenge at SM and kill 2 birds with 1 stone... but I didn't notice the date and grabbed last week's template! LOL Oh well, I like it and like how the LO turned out!

Watching my kid in the water is like watching pure joy. He had so much fun at the fountain and pool, it was a magical sight to see!

interstitchal I saw the show in Aug; really sweet. Love all the sparkle.

quiltymom Your pages are so sweet; my girls weren't happy that I went to WDW without them but they did admit they wouldn't have wanted to do the things we did. My mom wasn't happy about using a wheelchair either but she learned pretty quickly that it was great for being able to do so much more than she'd have been able without it. It is a great place for us kids for all ages.

fran The pool always seems to be a favorite spot; love the brightness of your layout.

Thanks for hosting this challenge Melissa and for helping get one step closer to finishing this book. My favorite moment was actually the vacation itself. Not only was it our first trip to Disney, but our first family vacation.

Here is my submission. I am a longtime lurker coming out of lurdom. I have been enjoying following these challenges. We love MK when it gets dark. It is always so special and magical for us. We always have such special memories after dark! It is so beautiful.

Here's another one I just did that happens to fit with this challenge. Two of my favorite memories involve the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. Both my son and husband have been picked for the show. We love the HDD, but it makes it extra-fun when you get to laugh at your loved one!

Got my entry in at the last minute, phew!! This is a pic from the Animal Kingdom during evening Extra Magic Hours. We were disappointed because there wasn't much to do since most of the attractions were closed. Even so, this sunset pic is one of my favorites, showing the beauty of the park that isn't so "in your face," you know? Getting pretty pics like this is always special for me.

Britt - That is fabulous! I love the highlighted words in the journaling. What an awesome moment. I still haven't rode Splash and sadly it will be closed during our trip in January. I love the title down the side. The colors are perfect for the photos and work well together. Incredible job!
