I've lost 0.6kg this week which I'm pleased with considering the week I had. Welcome to the new members of the fat busters club :) and I hope everyone has a great week this week (including those members who are going to try and drink their own body weight in cocktails at the TR meet  ) :rotfl:

:lmao: now there's a challenge !!

Well done Jakki and welcome to the newbies. I am going to have to exercise hard this week had a naughty weekend of birthdays and meals and the rain meant I didn't get out to exercise.

I have just weighed and I have lost 2lb - very happy with that:banana: Even though I had my six week diet break;) I have now lost a stone since Jan:cool1:
Another six pounds before DLRP in three weeks would be great.

Good luck going foward everybody:thumbsup2

Well done Joanne. :cool1:

Hi Guys

Well it's taken 1 year and 1 month, but I'm back. I lost 4.5 stone last year before my holiday to the world in April 2008. Since I've been back I've managed to put 1 stone and 4lbs back on so starting tomorrow I'm back on my diet as enough is enough. Over the weekend I visited Endsleigh Garden centre just outside of Plymouth and they had a fantastic range of Weightwatchers food, so I stocked up and decided to get back on the diet.

Good luck everyone:thumbsup2

Tina

Good luck Tina. :wizard:

Just quickly calculated I have 7 weeks until my birthday when I want to be at my target weight so time to get serious!!!

:banana: Well done Claire, a pound is a good loss, especially as you've had a bad week  keep it going hun!

...this is going to be a fairly tough month for me as we've got something on nearly every weekend this month but I'm determined that I will try to stay strong - although I can't promise I'll be able to resist the cocktails at TRs next week...
I hadn't really thought about it but May's going to be tough for me too! Two birthday weekends, exams (stress of doing 'em and the joy when they're over!!!) plus a couple of BBQ weekend invites!!! Let's hope our May madness cancels each other out, Joh... :lmao::rotfl2::lmao: Good luck with all the temptations at TRs... :goodvibes

...Into May we go then and hopefully onwards and weight downwards for us all! May's bridesmaid month for me, less than 3 weeks to go, so I'm on a little misson now to make sure I feel good in my dress...
Fingers crossed for you, Rachel!!!

I have definatly been thinking about how this May's going to be tough for me , Bank holidays, our spain holiday to Portaventura, half term ~ i always struggle when kids r home picking all day, and of course Aarons bday and the Dis meet @ TR.

But on a more positive note 3 lbs for me last week (definatly undeserved afer this weekend~ lets hope it doesnt catch me up!)

Good luck for everyone this week. :wizard:

Well as they say on the chart show I'm a "none mover" this week.

I'm happy with STS though as I had cake several times :upsidedow.

Good luck everyone.

Well done Jakki, pretty good result considering you had such a crap week

(including those members who are going to try and drink their own body weight in cocktails at the TR meet  ) :rotfl:

Not sure about drinking my own weight in cocktails, I don't suppose they've got that much alcohol at TRs :rotfl:

Be careful hun, you don't want to undo all your hard work :goodvibes

I stayed the same this week - which is fair considering how often I had "the munchies".

A fair result by the sound of it Libby :thumbsup2

On a personal note, I am a non-mover just like Claire - I blame the Bank Holiday weekend and my own lack of willpower

Well done on staying the same. I had a sneak peak and was weighing in the same as last weeks weigh in. Hopefully a bit may have gone by Friday fingers crossed. :goodvibes
