Nat, it's only half a pound. Seems like you had fun doing it;)

Your switch around sounds good Mandy, I try to give bread the elbow every now and then - it's a good way to kick start:thumbsup2

I wondered if anybody saw Claire from Steps' programme about her pre-wedding diet? I thought although she did it fairly quickly she looked good for her wedding:thumbsup2 Didn't fancy that boot camp though:rotfl:

I saw that prog on Claire, I thought she looked fab after, she deserved to as she tried so hard :cheer2:

:yay:I have lost 2lbs this week, and I'm chuffed to bits:yay:

I'm 9st 12lbs, which is the lowest I've been this year. So I have 2lbs to lose to be at my 'happy weight' and 5lbs to lose before my holiday

I've STS this week,

I too will be cutting the bread from my diet this week,

I am also going to eat more fruit!! lol (wonder if this will help)

Not going to be going to the gym much next week because I'm really busy this week!! So will be walking the dog more this week!!!

Well done to everyone who has lost and STS this week, good luck for next week

Well done at sts Sophie.

I have also sts this week not bad considering I had a very naughty weekend and then ended up blowing the diet with a chippy on weds night. Full speed ahead from today as I know I have a lot of birthdays, engagements, celebrations etc to go to from end of may until September.

I bet those changes will work for you, sometimes exercise does varied things to your weight as (it's been said here before) youre building muscle and it's heavier.

It's hard sometimes, we have a family bbq this Sunday (the day before I weigh) but I'm determined to be good. Trying to stay focussed for the DLRP trip, and as I've booked some nice restaurants there I know I have some nice meals to look forward to and my healther weight should be able to handle it;)

I have given up my Friday night Asda curry, cut down on my bread and I only had one small glass of White Zinfandel last weekend. I want to try and be good over the next couple of weeks, as losing 2lbs this week has really spurred me on
