I'm just trying to catch up with the last few days, I hope I haven't missed anyone out.

1lb off for me this week, I def need to up my exercise tho I'm thinking of getting an excerise bike-can anyone recommend a good one?

Well done. :)

I don't have any recommendations i'm afraid.....mine is about 10 years old. With about 10 years of dust gathered on it! :rotfl2:

Only 1/2 a lb off this week after STS last week:sad2:

I tried hard this week too, I've even done 5 nights brisk walking that haven't done since I started the diet:headache:

I suppose I've got to focus on the positive though, I've lost 10.5lbs since I started....my goal is a stone off by my 40th birthday in May and then maintain that for hols at end of June, I feel so much better in my clothes already so that's something to hold onto plus my party dress looks good on me in the size small I bought last week:rotfl2:

Well done everyone who has lost or STS this week and good luck for next week:wizard:

Well done on losing half, I know how you feel though I started walking every morning for the past two weeks & I only lost one pound last week. Maybe we've turned some fat into muscle? :confused3 Don't get too disheartened I am sure over the next week or two you will have a big loss. :wizard:

My eating has been a bit erratic this week. I've still lost 2lbs.:) I want to lose one more pound before my wedding anniversary on 3rd April which will mean I've lost half a stone.

Well done to all the losers and sts's this week.:)

Well done Juliette. :thumbsup2 I am sure your diet has been the last thing on your mind this week. Good luck for your pound this week. :wizard:

I've just weighed and I've lost 1lb. I'm very happy with that as it's been a hectic week with meals at odd times and with a bit of eating out thrown in!

In the words of Miss Lily Allen........"everythings cool as long as I'm getting thinner"

Well done Joanne. :woohoo: I like that motto!

Good luck to everyone for this week. :wizard: I am off to get weighed this morning so will report back later.

Today I am wearing my favourite benneton skirt that I haven't worn for a very very long time. Really has cheered me up :cool1::cool1:

Good luck with your WI this morning Claire:thumbsup2

Good luck for the week ahead everybody:thumbsup2

I went into town two weeks ago and bought a top (pic on the holiday thread) in the next size down. I tried it on in the shop but it was too tight but I got anyway to put by for my holiday in June. Last night my hubby said that I was looking thinner :teeth: and after reading the last two posts above I just ran upstairs and tried it on again.................& it fits perfectly! :cool1:  :woohoo: I guess I should start wearing it now, if I save it for the holiday it won't fit (hopefully! :wizard: ).

I have lost 2 pounds since last posting...yay.

:cool1: Well done Lauren

Oooops! In all the excitement of my new top fitting and my secret exchange pressie arriving, I forgot to say how I got on at weigh in this morning.

I lost 3lbs this week & got Slimmer of the Week in my class, so I got a huge bag of fruit & other goodies that people bought in. (Including Low fat hot chocolate sachet, muller light, two tins of tuna, tin of beans, a packet of velvet crunch snacks etc)

Good luck to everyone still to weigh in this week. :wizard:

:faint: Finally I said something worthwhile! :lmao:

 You look fab hun, and BTW I would kill for your cheekbones! xxx
Actually, didn't you say something about my chubby face resembling the Bo Selecta Mel B..? :rolleyes1 :rotfl:  :rotfl: Seriously tho', thanks hun.. :thumbsup2

Oh no - so much for losing that 1lb - I've gained 2lb!
You'll get there, Janet!!! ::yes::

1lb off for me this week, I def need to up my exercise tho I'm thinking of getting an excerise bike-can anyone recommend a good one?
Well done!!! :cool1: My suggestion would be to get a recumbent bike if you have the space as they tend to be more comfy and better for your back... :)

Only 1/2 a lb off this week after STS last week:sad2:

I'm positive you'll reach your target - you're still moving in the right direction... :yay:

I am a bit gutted today as i have not lost any weight, i have been on my new diet for a week and i lost one pound, then put it back on again!!! and I have been trying so hard and walking to work everyday (i never normally do this! It is a 40 minute walk) and also an excercise video twice!
I have found that with diets in the past - some just didn't seem to work for me at all so you're not alone...

What diet are you all doing? and which do you find works best?

cutting carbs, or just straightforward eat less than you use?
Personally I have found a low carb, high protein regime works best for me... :thumbsup2

i have lost 3lbs this week, which brings me back to where i started from lol - starting on the cambridge (sort off) tomorrow, 2 shakes (300 cals) during the day then a balanced meal in the evening.
i saw my GP on friday night, following the gall bladder removal, the pain has not gone - 2 weeks ago i had a camera stuck down my throat and no growths etc, so no "reason" for pain, but its still there....
so, have decided to do CD during day (my GP has agreed with me!) and then eat in the evening, mainly as i get no cramps/gas/pain on cd - but cant do it all the time!
my "weight loss" journey has been put on hold short term, although i hope this will help me lose too. i have lost 3lb this week doing this since wednesday am..
Good luck, Tracy with your modified Cambridge Diet!!! :wizard:

I am back after a few weeks away from my diet, I have been drinking and binging and going to various events which ruined the work I have done earlier but after a week of strict WW I am now back to where I was the last time I posted. I am classing it as STS but in reality I have yoyo'd a bit.
Well done getting back on track, Steve - hope this week goes well for you... :thumbsup2
