Good Luck Everyone!
I started 2 weeks ago, and just weighed myself this morning - down 5lbs!
So happy with that - and put a lot of it down to no alcohol and posh crisps at night (i sure am missing a rose with ice and thai sweet chilli crisps though!)
I just bought the Hannah Waterman work out DVD , see how good it is!


the plan is to be 80% good but for occasional meals out and weekend's away and a possible holiday in July I may waver slightly ( perhaps I shouldn't admit to that on here)
that sounds like the plan i follow Sarah !i lost 2lbs this week... although my eating went a bit haywire over the weekend.. I think the stress of my marriage break up really got to me... but i MUST get it under control.. I cant let him sabotage my hard work....so this week.. im going to be REALLY good!

I have just 4 weigh-ins until I go away so I'm going to make a concerted effort to lose 6lbs over that time...

I think that's quite sensible, Sarah - it makes it easier to stay on track for the long haul... Fingers crossed for you!!!..I have by-passed February but am back with a vengeance for March. I have stayed the same for most of February but still haven't reached that elusive 10 and a half stone mark. By the end of this month I will hopefully have reached that target. It's only natural that things should be tough at this time BUT you have done so amazingly well, I'm totally confident you'll get back on track, hun!!!
