Last week of July and its still raining :confused3 hope you all had a good weekend ( not to good though )

I've had a cracking 7 days, well 8 really.

I've been to the gym 5 times, come up with a great training plan with my personal trainer, done 25km (total) on the cross-trainer and lost 2 lbs. That makes 7lbs since the beginning of July.

I start my training plan with my first session on Saturday. The first one was an assessment which gave the trainer a real challenge. I have hyper-extension injuries on my joints but particularly my right elbow. It means I can't use weights, not even to hold when I'm stretching, so he came up with a load of exercises using my body-weight as resistance and that won't damage my joints.

I can't kneel or bend my legs fully and he came up with things to help with that. He is absolutely brilliant!

That's a great weight loss - well done!

I wanted to track my measurements as that makes more of an impact on my motivation than the weight. I've lost 1-1.5inches all over in a week and 3lbs weight loss so far.

Sorry for my lateness, life got in the way this week big time.
Well, I don't know the exact amount I've lost cause it depends what time of day, etc I get on but I've lost about 7lbs in the last two weeks. Didn't measure last week. So it's a start. Have been bad this week though so dreading next week.

I am so sorry to have gone AWOL on the Dieting Thread but during the past 2weeks with all the socialising I have been doing and my holiday to Disneyland Paris I know I have put on the 6lbs I lost in June and I could not face admitting my failings on here.

I am going to pick up the healthy living gauntlet again tomorrow - back to work, back to reality and all that, but I will not weigh myself officially until I have given myself a week's start. So that means I will start again on 1st August with this thread, and I am looking forward to trying a bit harder this time, with no holiday looming on the horizon (apart from a weekend in Somerset with my cruise buddies).

So as of tomorrow I am back on the diet waggon with all of you wonderful people who have got more willpower in your little fingers than I have in my entire body - please let it rub off on me this time - I have 1 year and 6 weeks until my cruise and I so need to be a size 12 by then. :wizard::wizard::wizard:

I have STS, but i think that is quite good considering that i have not really been sticking to my plan. I do want to lose 4lb before we go so i need to get into it. :)
 

Well, I have dropped another lb this week, bringing my total loss to 2 1/2 stone :) I really want to lose at least another 7 lbs before we go away :goodvibes

I forgot to post on Monday. Well after hitting the two stone mark last week I went and put on 3lbs :scared1: I had loads of meals out so it could have been even worse. The problem is i've been bad again this week. Really need to sort myself out.
 
Well its official I am a yoyo, put on 1/2lb this week. Didn't go on the wii fit either:rolleyes1. Going on holiday to the Lakes next week and have no intention of strictly following my diet.

well i went back to ww tonight after being off for 2 wks because of virus infextion which made me eat eat eat, and i put on 4 1/2lbs:scared1: back to the gym tomorrow for me..:rolleyes

Too much baking or too much eating ;) You're still well under target Nat so don't worry too much - and you still weigh less than Sian remember :lmao:
