Cut yerself some slack, Jo - forget the past couple of days and concentrate on next week. IMO a diet's not sustainable if you can't have some fun along the way. It might take longer on the scenic route but it's definitely a more enjoyable ride. Besides which, you're doing really well and making some long term healthy changes and that's what's important...![]()
Thanks, I agree! I'm in it for the long haul and for me it's more about making small changes forever and seeing the difference. However, in the past I've lacked discipline and fallen of the wagon and failed to get back on.

Thanks Natalie. I've been pretty good but I'm predicting a STS this week, which is fine by me every now and then
Anyway, I got it because Ive been feeling really tired and run down and I read that vegetable juices are good for perking you up and helping with weight loss. Ive just had a juice with breakfast, it was absolutely vile but very healthy!! 
Anyway I always found carrot, spinach and apple worked well...
