I'm going to the gym 3-4 times per week, and am also watching what I am eating, not really following any plans, just eating more fruit and vegetables and less fatty foods

We are leaving for WDW on July 4th, so not long now!!

I tend to weigh myself once a week, STS last week but lost 2 inches on my stomach!!

I hope everybody's Easter isn't too naughty;) I've stayed the same for my first week back watching what I eat, I must admit I haven't been really strict on myself just smaller portions and no snacking so I am disappointed and I am finding exercise hard with the girls being off school and DH working long hours.
The girls got a few eggs each and I am resisting them most of the time but have the occasional nibble when I give them some:rolleyes1
I'm always a slow starter so I'm hoping for a loss next week as I should be able to get to the pool a few times this week too.

I lost 2.5lb this week and finally got under 13st :woohoo: I'm now officially the lightest I've been for about 15 years and about half a stone past the weight I got stuck at a few years ago. I also took some measurements and I've lost 6" from my hips, 6" from my waist, 10" from my bust and 10" from my stomach :dance3:

Well done Tink - I wish I'd had the same self control this week.

I wasn't able to go to WW last week as I was away with the Brownies (slightly better than being away with the fairies!!) so of course I've used that as an excuse to eat like a pig for the last fortnight.

I'm off to face the music this evening. I'll be quite happy if I haven't regained the whole of my 7lb loss so far. I'll let you know how I get on.

i have had to give myself,a good talking too,this morning & it seems to have worked.i really can't afford,to be craving food,like i have been lately,otherwise it will all go back on!

I have stayed the same this week too ive come to a stop somewhere so need to try and do something different to see some more weight loss might try the wendie plan

I've STS again this week and as I've not trained I don't think that's too bad. Back to the grind on Tuesday once they're all open again. I'm dying to reach the 1 stone mark now, can't shift those pesky last 3lbs though :headache:

Just checking in to say hope April's going well (weight-wise) for you all and I shall be back for the dreaded post-hols weigh-in on Friday morning!!! :scared1: I didn't think I was doing too badly but yesterday my jeans felt a little (actually, a lottle :lmao:) on the tight side so I'm keen to get back onto the straight and narrow now...

I weighed myself this morning & to be honest I was dreading it, as I said last week I have been watching what I was eating for a few weeks but hadn't weighed in (I needed to buy some scales) & finally I weighed myself last week - then typically I got my period. :headache: In the past when I have dieted during the time of the month I either stay the same or gain. Anyway I was delighted this morning as I have lost 2lb. :cool1:

I put a pound on :sad2:its not too bad though as I thought it would be worse.
 
Sorry everyone - I've not been keeping up to date on this thread but I promise I will try harder this week :guilty:

I have been keeping a spreadsheet with everyone's losses on it but it's quite hard as a lot of people had already lost weight when they joined. Also, given that we have lost quite a few people since Nat started the DIS dieters at the beginning of the year, I am only going to post the results for anyone who has weighed regularly.

If anyone else wants to bring me up to speed with their total loss so far and would prefer me to track it from before the beginning of the year (if that makes sense) please let me know. Please also let me know if I have got anyone's losses wrong.

So, as at week ending Sunday 12th April, I have the following achievements:

MaddieB - total lost 3 lbs
Netty - total lost 7 lbs

I reckon that means that Nat's Fat Club has lost a fat-busting total of 299.5 lbs - that's 21 stone 5.5 lbs
