Last week was a great week for losses, let's hope we can continue the trend




I missed last weeks thread, but i lost another 1lb on Saturday
I am really starting to lose momentum now and finding it difficult not to be tempted by all of those scrummy foods that aren't good for dieting
Has any-one got any tip for when you start feeling like this?

I went off the rails for 3 weeks, but after kicking myself up the bumI am now back into it. I've counted up how many weigh ins I have until my hols (26) and I need to lose at least 1lb a week from now on - maybe this will help you too

After an amazing time in Prague and a long weekend of being quite naughty with food and drink i wasnt looking forward to this mornings weigh in at WW.
Fortunately all the walking i did paid off and i managed to lose half a pound this week
Loss so far - 27lbs, this week 0.5lbs - Total 27.5lbs.
I now have just 8lbs to go to get to my goal weight now. When i joined and saw i needed to loose just over 35lbs it seemed impossible. Now that its getting closer im more confident that i will get there![]()
I had my weigh in on monday and somehow i lost 6lb!!!! I think its making up for the previous week where i STS, i am nearly into the 11 stone bracket (i was 12st 0.4lb - how close could i have gotton to it!!!! grrr!!!) so hopefully i will be into the 11's by next week!!!! Only 5 and half weeks til we go now, i have booked a shopping day with my friend for the 16th April as i need a whole new wardrobe, i am currently living in 3 pairs of trousers and 2 jumpers with 3 rather large tops lol (although not all at the same time)! i refuse to buy anything yet as i am really hoping to drop another dress size before we go! good luck for everyone else's weigh ins

Well, that was the hardest week so far to stick to the diet! I think after 12 weeks the novelty is wearing off. (Sadly I think I have at least another 40 weeks to go!)
Still I must have done something right as I lost another 1½ lbs making 24½ lbs so far.
Mandy Iv been the same and TOTM again-god it comes round so quick.As Im in KG I put on 1kg this week .I missed last weeks weigh in.Really need to get goin again. I want to loose at least 6kg by July. A realistic goal I think but seems like a climb up and over the epcot ball to me.Not funny but Id cry if I didnt laugh.

Well done everyone!
I've had a naughty few weeks recently with several birthdays and special occasions and went up to 11st 3lbs. I weighed in Monday at 11st 2lbs and look to be on track to lose another lb or (hopefully) more this week.
DF and I are hopefully going to be in Shropshire for a week beginning April 11th to see his family, and I'm hoping the scales will say approximately 10st 12lbs - 11st
