Dis Dieters Health check-in wk beginning Mon 5th Feb


i lost 1/2lb again this week :confused3 my weight loss has really slowed down now,i may need to look at dropping my points :scared1: and im all st for a VERY bad weekend as we are off to london.

well done nat:thumbsup2 have you been on the same amount of points for a while/ it maybe that you need to re look at how many your on, and adjust. you have done very very well and your body will slow down as you get nearer to your goal weight.Have a great time in london and enjoy yourself :goodvibes

2lb off for me this week - thank goodness - it had been slipping back on recently.

I'm off for a Mexican tomorrow which are the most fattening of all the restaurants so not holding much hope for next week.

I have lost 1lb. I seem to be doing this very slowly..1lb here and there, I know I shouldn't complain!
 
Well done on staying the same Elaine and on losing a lb Jeanette, I'm going to try and be sensible on this diet and aim to try and lose just a lb a week

Me & Gavin both stayed the same again this week, I reckon the damn scales are stuck!

Trying to stay positive but it's hard.

I've decided to not weigh myself for a while, maybe a month to try and shake of the dissapointment when the scales say the same thing.

We've been going to the gym as regularly as we can, three times last week for me so fingers crossed I will see results soon.

Welcome back, Mandy - I want to lose a stone for the summer too tho' it might be more than that now as I feel particularly - er - chunky after a week in Barbados! It must be the cocktails... :sad2:

Anyway I'm too scared to get on the scales right now but will weigh myself at the end of next week... :yay: :yay: :yay:

Jodie well done on going to the gym regularly!!:thumbsup2 might be that as your now starting to build muscle that the scales will stay the same and then all of a sudden you will start losing weight as the muscle your building burns off fat.hope this makes sense:) sure Flo will know more about this than me:)
