well done nati lost 1/2lb again this weekmy weight loss has really slowed down now,i may need to look at dropping my points

2lb off for me this week - thank goodness - it had been slipping back on recently.
I'm off for a Mexican tomorrow which are the most fattening of all the restaurants so not holding much hope for next week.

well done nathave you been on the same amount of points for a while/ it maybe that you need to re look at how many your on, and adjust. you have done very very well and your body will slow down as you get nearer to your goal weight.Have a great time in london and enjoy yourself

Me & Gavin both stayed the same again this week, I reckon the damn scales are stuck!
Trying to stay positive but it's hard.
I've decided to not weigh myself for a while, maybe a month to try and shake of the dissapointment when the scales say the same thing.
We've been going to the gym as regularly as we can, three times last week for me so fingers crossed I will see results soon.
