DIS Comm. Photo Gallery registration

I'm trying to register on the Dis Community Photo Gallery. When I hit the "register" link it says:

No input file specified.

How can I register?

My understanding is you do not have to register, even though it says to. I think you can log in with your regular DIS screen name and password. I think that is correct.
