I just can't thank everyone on this board enough for the help guiding through the nuances of DVC ownership
. I find MS to be so easy as I'm educated on how the waitlists, DP, 11 month and 7 month window works, banking and well just about anything else I want to know. I always try to get out here and learn as much as I can about a topic and then call MS. Some of the things can be confusing so I'm sure it makes it hard for MS to explain to people adding to the members frustration
. But if MS is dealing with people that know the process I'm sure it helps them be more effective. Also by me knowing what the process does and I feel that the MS person might be a little confused I know it up front. I can either ask the right questions or just call back later
