Just wanted to let you folks know we (Me,DW,DD and DS) had a great time getting together with yall. We enjoyed meeting each and everyone of you and look forward to another one again. Thanks for all the info. you shared about your adventures at WDW through the years and thanks for lending an ear to hear ours also.
When you walk into a room of people that youve never met and can instantly feel comfortable you know there is a common bond, ours happens to be Disneyfied.
DVCajun, thanks for providing us with such a great place to meet and for getting this thing off the ground.

We had a great time visiting with everyone and are looking forward to the next meet. The food was FANTASTIC and my DW wants the recipe for the white chili. Maybe someone will win the $500.00 --- thats the least he could do, seeing how he did enjoy the pot luck

My DD enjoyed making new friends, trading pins and giving away some of her pins. She is looking forward to the next meet, too.

DVCajun, Thanks for allowing us to use your club house. We had a WONDERFUL time and enjoyed making new friends. BTW, I have a package ready to mail on Monday for you. I hope you enjoy them? It is the least I could do.

It was a great visit, that's for sure. I think the success was partly due to the fact that we were not sitting in one spot at a restaurant and were able to mingle and get to know one another a bit better. It was wonderful to talk with all of you about our common obsession. Most people think I'm a little strange when it comes to Disney-- it was a nice feeling to spend an evening with people who are equally strange!

I thought it was great that there were several kids there the same age who obviously hit it off. And quickly too! Pull the pins out and watch the shyness disappear!

It is the least I could do.

Don't do it for that reason-- no tips required!

I am looking forward to my package though. I'm getting yours ready too. It's like secret Santa time!

We'll have to do this again real soon. I feel like I've found some new friends.

A special thanks to DVCajun for setting up the meet. It was a great place for such an occasion. Some of y'all came long distances to attend the meet, maybe we can find somewhere out towards Durham again so that we can cut your travel time a bit.

Jimmytammy,we'll post a trip report after we return from our first trip to the BCV. We'll be back the 6th of Dec. You can then let us know how your trip home was when you return later in Dec. It will be interesting for a couple of DVC rookies to compare notes. We probably have different expectations from the DVC veterans.

DVCajun, I'll be sending you a PM regarding the clubhouse, a very nice facility.

We look forward to getting together with y'all in the near future.

By the way, on our trip last week we were helped by a wonderful CM at the customer service area of the WL's front desk who said that she's from Cary.

I had a lot of fun and glad I met new disneyholics! Thanks to everyone that helped me with my rugrat too! When they're a year old and walking and Daddy's not there to trade off with, it's a great help when other people are willing to
