It sounds like there may have been a few issues due to Universal team member training, so hopefully things will improve. But the article still shows that Universal is far less concerned with making attractions accessible than Disney (although Disney isn't perfect either).

For real… why does the Ministry of Magic have so many steps and stairwells up steep and down and then more?
And I do not remeber any notices about steps upon entering the Q
And I felt kinda dangerous waiting in 2&1/2 hour line without any team members walking along or presence of being available in case of emergency…

Just knowing they are hopefully monitoring the cameras ,
is not my idea of safety.

They’re in a room down the hallway to the right. Thankfully, they didn’t cheapen out on the themeing unlike the elevators that take you out from Pirates.
