I just wanted to know if anybody has an address I could write to let Disney know about a couple of dirty washrooms I entered while at Disneyworld last week. I wasn't going to write but it's really been bugging me. We went to the Grand Floridian for a character breakfast and believe it or not I couldn't use the washroom outside of the restaurant. It was really dirty. Toilet paper on the floor, counter top was dirty, one toilet totally unusable. Also, the same day, we went to Innoventions West and the same thing. The washrooms were gross. I have been to Disney ten times and have yet to have a complaint. I know it was busy because of the March Break but it was horrible. My girlfriend was with me and we were both so surprised at the mess. Anyway, if you have an address I would appreciate it. Maybe they have cut back on staff :confused3 :confused3 -who knows.

I found the same thing last December (early Dec., not crowded). The washrooms everywhere were gross. We saw plugged up overflowing toilets - very unDisney like. I sent an email but never got a response - I would have liked to know that they are looking into it. Maybe a letter would work better if someone has an address.

We found the same thing in Feb...especially the one in Epcot by Mission Space. I was pretty shocked.

We had some issues with Mousekeeping at Corando Springs Christmas of 2003. The room was so un-Disney, mold in the bahtroom, dead cockroaches and spilled medication under the bed, etc.

It took 3 calls to Mousekeeping to get things fixed. The rest of the trip was great but I would have rathr stayed at a value resort and saved the money I spent to upgrade.

When we got home, I complained through several channels and no one ever responded. Finally I wrote Al Weis and cc'd the resort manager. Mr Weis's assistant finally called me and was very understanding.

I would right the manager at Grand Floridian first. I deal with complaint managment at work and find that written compliants have more impact.
