Directions to FW Traveling I-95 South From North Carolina

I-4 Verus Beachway Express?

I posted this question on an earlier thread but didn't receive any responses.
If you have any experience taking the Beachline Express verus I-4 please let me know! We will be spending a couple nights in Orange Park, FL prior to arriving at FW so we need to stay on I-95/295 to that point. I really appreciate any thoughts you might have about taking this route or any other route that might be better. Thanks!

We have been traveling to Disney from North Carolina for the past thirty plus years and have always taken I-95 South to I-4 through Orlando to get to FW. Would it be better to continue on I-95 until we pick-up Hwy 528 (Beachline Express) and take it straight into Disney? Also, does anyone know the difference in the drive time taking this route verus I-4?

I prefer to use the Beachline over I4. Although it is a bit longer and it is a toll road, I got tired of white knuckling it through Orlando.

I saw the second part of your post, and I will attempt to answer that now. It adds about a half hour to your drive, but it is a nice drive with little traffic. The tolls depend on the total number of axles. For me, with a double axle trailer, it is about 8 bucks. That is probably the most annoying part of this trip - they periodically have these toll booths which slow you down.

We're arriving on a Sunday - thinking of using this route - DH is concerned about possible beach traffic making it worse than using I-4....what do you experts think?

If you're coming in the morning, you should be headed in the opposite direction than any of the beach traffic.
