Directions from Orlando airport to POR

My DH always seems to get lost driving from the airport to WDW.
This year we are landing at 9 at night, and I picture riding around until daylight.

Does anyone have really easy directions to get us there? I've searched this forum and can't find any (that's not to say there aren't any).

We used to go every year and every year there was new construction and everything seemed different. We skipped 2 years and now I know we'll never remember. One year we turned the wrong way and drove literally way far out around the airport.

Here you go, it's pretty simple

When leaving the airport follow the signs for the South exit (417) you may have to loop around the airport terminal depending which side you arrived on.

From the South exit it is approx 4 miles to Rt 417, take entrance ramp toward WDW. I have never experienced heavy traffic on 417.

Proceed approx 11 miles on 417 to exit 6 (536), you will have two tolls on 417 each $1.25 and exit 6 is shortly after the second toll.

After exiting 417 onto 536 follow 536 approx 3.25 miles directly into WDW, you'll see the sign. you'll go thru several traffic lights on 536

Once in WDW the road technically becomes Epcot Center Dr. Take the third right, the sign will say Downtown Disney Resort Area and list the resorts for that exit.

Stay to the left when exiting as you will make a left at the light, that is Bonnet Creek Pkwy and POR will be approx 1/2 mile on your right, your will pass the entrance to POFQ before getting to the POR entrance make sure you don't enter the wrong resort.

Total time from getting into your rental car and arrival at POR, approx 30 min.
From deplaning to POR 1 1/2 hr max, assuming you have to get checked baggage.

Wow, these were the best directions we've ever had.
In the dark, both tired and we still made it to POR.
We used the directions back to MCO, too.
