DirectAir Friends and Family, has anyone gotten a reservation with the latest promo?

Booking opened up for the latest promo on April 12. You were suppossed to email them a request for your first and second choice in reservations and the site stated they would get back to you via email if a reservation was made. i emailed them our requests that day and have heard nothing since then. Have been trying to get through on the phone and can't. I'm about to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Has anyone been successful with this latest promotion? TIA

on 4/12 I tried booking by e-mail before the online request form was posted on the website.
They e-mailed me and told me to use the online request form or call on the phone.
I used the online request form and called on the phone to put in my request.
The next day 4/13, I received an e-mail refusing my original request,
I called again to put in my request, I talked to an agent, asked for my original request and my original request was granted with seat assignments.
The confirm was e-mailed to me with the seat assignments. Let's hope for the best.

Directair is a small regional Myrtle Beach charter airline with a couple of flights a week to Sanford/Orlando and other areas.
They have a family and friends promotion a couple of times a year with discounted airfare to Sanford/Orlando.
If your lucky and fast enough you can pick up a round trip to Sanford/Orlando or where ever else they fly for $150 roundtrip.
I don't think they do anything in the Toronto Area.
