Anyone have issues booking Riviera when you have both a direct and resale contract? Recently bought VGF2, tried to book RIV this morning and I had so much trouble actually viewing RIV availability and by the time I could the room was gone. Didn't know if the infamous Disney IT was to blame or if there is something that needs to be fixed in my account. Thanks for any help 

I've experienced it for example when trying to book right at 8am when the window opens but being a few seconds too early. On 3/28, if the Riviera room is still available then it should work ok.
