Direct from Disney or Resale?

We have decided to purchase some additional contracts. We currently have 248 at SSR (resale purchase) 165 at VGC (Direct purchase) and are torn with how we should purchase our two new contracts. We would like 100 points at BCV and 50 points a VWL. Here are the pros and cons as I see it, I would appreciate comments from anyone who could give me additional insight in making my decision!

Disney:

1) you can put it on your credit card and get Disney Reward points
2) you get the exact use year and number of points you want
3) The points appear in your account almost immediately after hanging up the
phone
4) No closing costs, however you pay $112 a point

Resale

1) The price is about 2/3 the cost of buying direct
2) there are no contracts listed now for as small as we want to buy
3) there are no contracts listed with our UY
4) We have to wait for ROFR and pay cash for the purchase

BCV is now $115 direct with no discounts. That could be a $3000+ difference compared to resale and would pay for more than 1/2 of the VWL points buying direct (maybe $102/pt?) or much more than 1/2 if you go resale on that as well. I've always waited for that big of a price difference but I can sometimes be patient. Not always - but sometimes. As far as ROFR - that doesn't bother me as much as finding the contract.

For the 100 pts I'd go resale. VWL is more of a toss up because it's a smaller amount of points and a lower point price differential to resale so the difference doesn't may not outweigh the higher direct cost.
