Looks like the first bag is free but limit is 44lbs.

I checked out some rental car costs and they are pricier than in Orlando so make sure you check those out before you book the air. Looks to be about a 4 hour drive to Orlando so it might be an option if you don't mind the drive.

I found it at www.airtransat.ca. However, there is only one ticket (april 1-8) left at that price now.
