Hi! Is there a site that you have found that gives up-to-date information on direct costs and current dues at all of the properties? I hate to bother my guide to send me this information whenever I get a harebrained idea, and all of the sites seem to be information from 2024 or earlier. TIA!

You should just ask your guide. It's been a while since I looked at this. I believe that there are two types of guides: "sales counselors" and "sales associates." I believe the counselors need to have a valid real estate license for the state in which they work (typically Florida, California, and Hawaii). And I believe these roles offer salary plus bonus/commission tied to sales. The associates are more of a support role. But regardless, those with a real estate license make money when they make a sale, so you should feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
