Direct Closing Costs

With the new incentives, DVC is waiving closing costs. What is the minimum points to get this incentive? It is the weekend so I can't reach my guide.

Sorry I can’t help you, but just a few short years ago, there were no closing costs when you bought direct.

I think it is when the other incentive starts, so would depend on if your a new member or adding on - but best double checking!

They are saying it applies to buying RIV that they are being given an extra incentive in the amount of closing costs,

It does not apply to sold out resorts, It May or May not apply to AUL or CCV.
