Dinner Vouchers. Do they exist?

I have read a couple things on the web about a dinner voucher that is good for table service at just about any WDW restaurant. Does anyone know where to get these, if they even exist at all?

They exist. They are only sold through group sales and are so expensive that they are not a good deal anywhere (you might save a few bucks ordering the most expensive things at CG). Some international travel agents sell them - but the exchange rate and markup make them even more expensive.
