Dinner Suggestions for adults

We will be staying at WDW for a conference in June and I am looking for suggestions for a couple of dinners with my coworkers. I have taken a group to Boma on another trip for dinner, which we loved, anyone have any suggestions for a fun dinner?

Raglan Road is the first thing that comes to mind. In the evening (past 8pm) it becomes a more adult place, and last time was packed with people traveling on business. Lots of fun, irish dancer, great food, band, etc.

If you're going into the parks, I think Marrakesh is fun for a group, as is Biergarten.

For a nice meal, Jiko or Citricos are both favorites of mine.

Wolfgang Pucks is really good, too.

Not sure about "fun" but a neat thing to do may be catch the MK fireworks from either CaliGrill or Narcoosee's. We've always had a nice time at those places. FWIW.

The Brown Derby in HS is a lovely place to go and has big round tables for larger groups (always good as these are booths so fairly private too). Outside of the park alot of the hotels have nice restaurants. Ohana's dinner is nice as is Artist Point.
