Dinner ressie at 6:10 but park closes at 6pm? How does that work?

Just saw on Disney calendar that HStudios is now closing at 6pm on a day that I have dinner ressie for 6:10pm...

How does that work and does this happen often?
Do I need a back-up plan?

It occasionally happens - not sure what kind of back up plan you would need - just get to your ADR and then enjoy your meal and a really quiet walk out of the park!

Thanks Liz- I was wondering if by chance since park closes early would they cancel my ressie....

just cause the park officially closes (like rides, shows) doesn't mean that they usher everyone out right away...imagine the souvie sales they woudl loose out on. If they booked it you'll be fine!
