I am new to cooking and am making slow cooker ribs for dinner tonight.
Anyway, I am making red potatos to go with it and I don't know how to make them in the oven. I plan to cut them into 4's and put them in a corning dish to bake. My question is-for long do I bake them and at what temperature do I bake them at?
Also, what seasonings do you guys suggest?

Thanks for all the help.

My favorite way to roast new potatoes is to cut them in quarters like you suggest, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper and a lot of fresh rosemary. Roast at 400 until done (30-45 minutes depending on size of potatoes). check ans stir occassionally to prevent burning and sticking. Yum!

I'm allergic to rosemary, so the previous one wouldn't work for me (which is dissapointing because they always smell SO good!). I LOVE roasting potatoes (red or otherwise) with Lipton onion soup mix. Recipe's right on the box!

I feel the same way about seafood. I am allergic to it, but some of the seafood recipes out there look so yummy!
