Dinner package question

Is there a dinner package for EPCOT Forever? We want to eat at a Chefs de France the night we go to the fireworks show. Where would be a good place to view this show? Thanks for your help!

There is a dining package, if you look on Disney's website it's listed at Epcot Forever Dining Package. The only restaurant participating though is Rose & Crown. It is $89 per adult (10+ years) and $39 per child (age 3-9) for the meal. No dining plans are accepted for it. You are seated in their outdoor area and watch the Epcot Forever show from there while you eat.
