Dinner menu for lunch?

If you are eating at a table service for lunch at Disney, can you order off of the Dinner menu or is the dinner menu only available after certain hours?

You could probably do it, as Disney is usually pretty good at accomadating folks at their sit down eateries, but one of the things that those in the know do, is try to eat from the lunch menus, as they are less expensive, for usually the same items, and you can usually do this ubtil the lunch hour is over, usually at 3 or 4PM.
