Dinner menu during lunch at Fultons?

Thanks to the addition of a food and wine dinner event, I am trying to use two credits for a lunch. We already have Le Cellier and we are eating at the Brown Derby before our package starts. Currently, we have CRT booked for lunch, but we are not really thrilled with that choice. Our other lunch option for two credits is Fulton's. Has anyone dined off the dinner menu at lunch? I know it is posted as an option, but is there a variety of choices or only a few entrees available? The lunch menu is not two credit worthy. Thanks!!

Odds are the dinner menu items wouldn't be prepped yet during lunch service.

We just ate there yesterday (our last day) and while dinner options were not on the lunch menu, our server did share that we could order certain things off the dinner menu, including the filet and also crab legs. My DD wanted the filet off of the kids menu and he asked if we wanted to make that an adult filet (yes, we did!). My son also got crab legs off the kids menu, and he asked if we wanted to make that an adult portion of King Crab legs (yes, we did!). As were on the DxDP, he also let us get 4 adult appetizers instead of 2 adult apps and the dinky kids appetizers (apple slices/carrots & celery). They seemed very flexible there and it was delicious. I was kicking myself for not booking a dinner there earlier in our trip.
