What are the dinner hours for the different restaurants in the World? Are they all pretty much the same, or is there a list posted somewhere?

I think dinner generally starts at 4:00pm. Here's a link to the restaurants. They're listed by park and resort. Some have hours posted, some don't. Check out the menus while you're there!
