I've been to Disney more times than I can count but this time will be my husband and I only! We are only going for 3 nights (2 full days). When I had kids with me, I always had ADR's. I would like this trip to be more leisurely. I will be there Feb. 27-Mar 2. Will I be able to walk into Epcot restaurants at dinner or will they be filled up? Should I try every morning to see what's available that day?

There will always be someplace at Epcot you'll be able to find some food for dinner, but if you want to be able to eat at any of the better restaurants, Bistro de Paris, Chefs de France, Rose and Crown, Le Cellier, Marrakesh, etc., then you will want to have ADRs.

We have found that it is just as difficult to get seating for two (or even one) at WDW as it is for four or more. Plus, a higher number of people are now eating at table service restaurants due to the dining plan, making it even more difficult to walk up and get seating. I suggest making ADR's ahead of time for any restaurant where you know that you will want to dine, and then you can call for additional ADR's once you are there and know what you'll be doing each day.

I would just echo the excellent advice from Bicker and Kaycee.
Nothing worse than having your heart set on a particular restaurant, arriving, and then being told it's full.

Thank you for your advice. I guess I'll sit down and figure out where we want to go and call for ADR's and cross my fingers!

I am planning our end of March trip (just decided to go) and I literally have an Excel spreadsheet to keep up with all the ADR's I have made. It's ridiculous! I am changing something everyday!

The CM I spoke to said it was much better to make many so you always have an option, than to walk around with no one having availibility. Then you can always cancel what you don't need so that someone who is a walk-up all of a sudden has a seat!

I would definitely have at least dinner ADR's for each evening. If you change your mind on the restaurant at the last minute you can at least see if there is walk up availabilty and cancel your ADR.
