Dinner at Grand Floridian

We have reservations for dinner at the Grand Floridian. How far in advance of our reservation can we enter the hotel (we are driving). We may want to get a drink and enjoy the piano music in the lobby.

It depends on the Security Officer at the gate. I would so no longer than 2-3 hours prior. Otherwise he/she may be suspicious that you're going to jump into MK and park at GF for free.

you'll have no problem if you arrive an hour, or even a bit more, before your ADR.

We arrived an hour early before and have had no trouble. We haven't tried to get there any earlier than that.

General rule of thumb is you're allowed to visit for 3 hours total. As others indicated this is primarily a mechanism to keep people from parking there and going to the parks.

Just a FYI, I was at the GF last week and there was no panio player. The piano was there, but unused.
