Dining website isn't working for ADRs

Is this happening to anyone else? I've been trying for over 20 minutes and it is like the website isn't working or I'm doing something wrong. I made reservations 4 days ago for the first part of our trip without a problem (split stay). Everytime I try to put in a date/time, it searches and says they were unable to make reservations at this time... but I check in on August 6, so this should be 180 days out, correct? It is probably user error on my part but I don't know what I'm doing wrong this time!
 

yeah, that's why i came onto the board...to see if it's happening to anyone else..
i'm going to call in at 7....enough of this nonsense...
so glad it didn't happen to me at 180+10.
now i'm adding on day by day for our 19 day stay..
this is for day 13
 
ok so the phone system opens at 7:00am EST right? That would be 6:00am my time.
 
yes, i think 7 am EST..
i'm also not in that time zone..

it's almost 2 PM where i am!!!
i've been sitting around waiting for this...so annoying
 
and that's after i had to answer four hundred million questions with the frigging interactive system....i am ANNOYED
 
yes, SO ANNOYING! My wait time is over 15 minutes! I called right at 6:00am (7:00 EST).... GRRR
 
The entire WDW site looks like it is down now... guess someone figured out it wasn't working.
 
and the answer is: the ENTIRE system is down....i called disney dining and they can't make reservations either!!!!
 
I got through almost immediately and was told that the system is currently down for "enhancements" and won't be up for a couple of hours.
 
the CM told me to call back in an hour.....
that the system people are telling them it's going to be down for a while longer..
but i'll keep trying online and maybe it will come up again..
 
yeah...i have a few things i'd like to tell the IT people.
i work for a very large software company...
and if there is anything we NEVER want to happen, it's this...
having a system down during working hours...
 
They just told me the same thing... AHHH! I will be working in an hour and can't just wait around by the computer....
 
I wonder if this happens often?!? This trip is my first to book ADRs for, and I had no idea it was such a big ordeal!
 
this is the first time i'm booking at 180 days...
the online system has gone down a lot over the past few days that i've been playing with it.
the iphone app has been much much much more reliable...
that was my clue that something major was wrong - since the app isn't working either...
